Booking Conditions & Other Important Information

* Rates effective 1 July 10
* For safety reasons the chalets are considered unsuitable for children under 8 yrs of age.
* All sleeping upstairs
* You may not increase the number in your party without our agreement. Please note different chalets have different capacities
* No TV reception, free DVDs
* No smoking inside chalets
* Sorry no pets

* We do not "hold" reservations. WE ONLY TAKE BOOKINGS.
Bookings incur either an actual payment or we require details of a credit card which is used as a surety, and maybe processed in the event of a cancellation.

* We accept EFTPOS and Visa/Mastercard Cards.
Please note Credit cards incur a 2% surcharge. Australian Cheque or Savings EFTPOS transactions do not.
* When processing any credit card transaction in person we may require either a Passport for international visitors or Photographic id (such as Driver's License) for domestic guests. This id may be photocopied and retained as part of the transaction.
* We can also accept Electronic bank transfers and cheques in advance of your arrival - see below.

Payment

Full payment becomes due at the completion of the booking process, ie when our confirmation is dispatched.

However your credit card details can be taken as surety of your payment and will only be debited in accordance with our cancellation terms, or with your authority upon arrival. By providing those details you have agreed and authorised all deductions in accordance with these terms.
Advanced non credit card payments(ie cheque, electronic transfer) must be cleared by us at least 3 days prior to your arrival.

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellation 30 days before 1st night of stay- Full refund.
- Between 14-29 days notice - 25% due**.
- Between 7 - 14 days notice - 50% due**.
- Less than 7 days notice - No refund**.
**Unless we can make an alternative booking, in which case full refund.

Check-In & Out

Check-in after 2pm.
Check-Out 10am.
We can often accommodate other times but these must be by agreement or charges will be incurred.

Damages

Your credit card details will also be retained in the event of other charges or fees being levied. This includes but is not limited to; unreasonable damages; excess cleaning charges; late check out fees.
We will contact you with details of such charges before processing.

For Travel Agents

We pay a maximum of 10% commission.
By making a booking on our behalf you agree to vary your own terms to retain a maximum of 10% commission.
You also undertake to ensure your clients are fully conversant with all restrictions and conditions, be they physical and or administrative as outlined on this website and also stated on our booking confirmation response.
